What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys handling civil litigation cases.
  • Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents for state and federal courts.
  • Manage calendars, schedule hearings, and coordinate meetings.
  • Organize case files, track deadlines, and assist with discovery processes.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain client communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of civil litigation experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures and e-filing requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
